How do I find a specific customer / order fast?
Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) from anywhere and type their email, phone, name, cuid, or order number. The search covers both CRM and AIGC App side.
How do I bulk-assign customers to an agent?
On /customers, select customers via the checkboxes, then use the bulk-action bar at the top to assign an agent or change tags.
How do I export filtered data?
Most list pages have an Export CSV button that respects the current filter (max 10k rows). On /customers and /students you can also select specific rows and Export Selected.
Can I save my favorite filter combinations?
Yes — on /customers, set up your filters then click '+ Save current view'. Saved views show as chips above the toolbar; click to re-apply.
How does the AIGC App ↔ CRM sync work?
A daily cron (02:00 UTC / 10:00 KL) imports new AIGC App signups into the CRM Customer table and bumps existing customers from L1–L5 → L6 when they pay. Status is visible at the top of /aigcapp.
What's the difference between /audit and /aigcapp/audit?
/audit tracks mutations done in this ERP (customer create/update, review approve, etc). /aigcapp/audit tracks operations on the digital-human platform side (credit adjustments, force-fails, etc).
How do I switch between light and dark mode?
Use the toggle at the bottom of the sidebar (Sun / Moon / Monitor icons). System matches your OS color-scheme preference.
